The Woodland Pond Wave has a long tradition of excellence. Kids from age 4 to 18 are invited to participate in a program that offers great competition and lots of fun. All Swim Team participants must be members of the Swim and Racquet Club but previous swim team experience is not required! Join us at our Open House event on Sunday, April 14 from 2:00pm - 4:00 pm at the Woodland Pond Clubhouse to learn more.

The 2024 season will kick-off with practices starting on May 20! We will have six meets and we will be back to two practices a day once school is out for the summer.
Registration will open April 14th or email to have your swimmer registered. The deadline for registration is the first day of practice, Monday, May 20. The 2024 fee for each swimmer is $165, with a family maximum of $495. Registrations will be accepted after that date with a fee increase of $20 per swimmer.

Pre-Summer: May 22, 2023 -- June 1, 2023

School In-Session Practice is Held Daily
(No Practice on Weekends, Memorial Day Weekend May 26 and 29):
5:15 pm – 6:00 pm: Ages 9 and Up
6:00 pm – 6:30 pm: Ages 8 and Under
Summer: June 5, 2023 – July 28, 2023
Summer Practice is Held Twice Daily
(No Practice on Weekends, Independence Day, No AM practice the morning after a meet ):
9:00 am – 9:45 am: Ages 8 and Under
9:45 am – 10:45 am: Ages 9 and Up
5:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Ages 9 and Up
6:00 pm – 6:30 pm: Ages 8 and Under
Spirit & Awards and Fun Practices will be held from 5:30pm – 6:30pm for all age groups! Awards will begin at 6:15!​

Champs will be held July 23rd (ages 7/8) and July 24th (ages 11/12 and 13 and over) at Swim RVA.
