Ages 4- 18*

Swim team is a fun way to enhance physical fitness, build self-esteem and develop friendships!

Come to the clubhouse to try on and order swim suits, purchase all new spirit wear and sign up for ways to volunteer.  All families will be required to work 5 ½ meets (11 time slots) this year so get to Open House early to get the jobs you want! 

$110 per swimmer or $330 maximum per family

Head Coach Burton Pegaroro and Assistant Coaches Samantha Halle and Tyler Pegaroro have some great new ideas on how to make our children be the best swimmers they can be while having fun!

* The coaching staff will determine “Wee Waves,” or those swimmers not capable of swimming the length of the pool.  They will have a separate instructional period during the evening practice.  Swimmers must be making progress and working toward swimming in a meet.  Swim team is not intended as swim lessons.  There will be a representative from Douglas Aquatics at the Open House where younger swimmers or those not ready to compete this year, may sign up for lessons.

The Woodland Pond Wave has a long tradition of excellence.  Kids from age 4 to 18 are invited to participate in a program that offers great competition and lots of fun.

The Woodland Pond Swim Team is a member of the Chesterfield Aquatic League and participates in the top level "A" division.

* Swimmers should plan to arrive 1 hour early for home meets and 45 minutes early for away meets.

Summer practice is held twice daily

9:00 - 9:45 am - Wee Waves, Youth, Mites and Midgets
9:45 - 10:45 am - Juniors, Intermediates and Seniors

5:00 - 6:00 pm - All age groups except Wee Waves
6:00 - 6:30 pm -- Wee Waves (Wee Wave participants is determined by the coaching staff).
