We invite all residents and property owners of Woodland Pond, Gates Bluff, First Branch, and the nearby community to become members of our recreational facility. The Board is working to provide its members with a variety of physical and social activities for the whole family as well as a safe place to enjoy their free time. The board is excited to offer new memberships with NO INITIATION FEE!

The following membership types are available:

Family membership is available to families who want to use the pool, play volleyball and tennis, and participate in classes and social activities sponsored by the club. 

Senior membership is available to couples or singles where at least one person is age 55 or above with no children living at home for any part of the year.

Couple membership is available to couples who are under age 55 with no children living at home for any part of the year. 

Single membership is available to a single person household. 

Voting privileges are available only to the above member classifications and those who are property owners in Woodland Pond, Gates Bluff or First Branch.  Renters and individuals living outside of the above subdivisions do not receive voting privileges for any membership classification.

Social/Tennis membership is available to all permanent residents of a household who do not want to use the pool, but want to use the tennis and volleyball courts, attend social functions, and participate in classes. 

Houseguest/Nanny pool season passes are available for $50/season.

Tennis keys are available for a $25 refundable deposit.  Deposits will be refunded upon return of key. 

Free guest passes will not be offered in 2011 to any members.  You may purchase a guest pass card at a discounted rate of $25.00 which is good for 10 guest entries.  Guest fees paid at the gate are $3.00 per guest.  Children 5 and under are free.

For all members, dues must be paid in full before you will be issued a tennis key or are able to sign-up for swim team.
