Members of the Woodland Pond Swim and Racquet Club may rent the clubhouse for private functions. Non-members may rent as long as a member signs the contract as being the responsible party. A variety of clubhouse rental types are available for 2012.

During the summer the pool may also be scheduled for private parties after regular hours. By paying regular guest fees, your party may begin before the pool closes, but you will not have exclusive use of the pool until the pool closes. Additional hourly fees for Lifeguards as set by Douglas Aquatics will also be charged. Please refer to the link to Summer Parties below.
